Here are some pics from this week, including Easter. Enjoy. You'd have to understand my room mates to understand this. Regardless of what day it is, if they are having a gathering, it has to be fabulous. So, beyond my wildest, craftiest dreams, enter a few simple colored eggs laying in some moss & raffia and boom...magic.
Not so fond of Egg tree's (remember back in the day, that crazy neighbor always hung plastic eggs in the trees. It did fit in with the mantle decorations though.
Peep cupcakes! I despise Peeps, I think they are nasty. I do love cupcakes, however, and these were tasty. Once I ripped that pink bastard off, they were amazing.
Pretty Easter Flowers.
I think serenity when I see this. This is actually in my Grandfather's backyard. When I look at this picture, I envision a magical land where fairies would live. Don't judge me ;)
love love love. The tree's go on forever!
His yard is amazing. I grew up playing in this yard, I rode my very first tractor with Paw Paw here...ahh, memories.
gorgeous cherry blossom!
This is in my neighborhood. I cannot get enough of the trees this time of year. The colors are magnificent.
Drive to work this morning. 6am, and some beautiful skies.
Driving home today. Was preoccupied by the "whale cloud". It looked more whale-ish at the time.
My friend Jen & her sweet cat, Max.
On a side note. I read this quote today 3 times, from various places. By the 3rd time, I was like...ok, something wanted me to really see this quote. I'll share.
